1. Scope
Refund eligibility depends on the product, subscription, implementation or service agreement applicable to your purchase.
2. Subscription Services
Where a subscription plan provides a refund or cancellation window, the applicable commercial agreement or invoice terms will control.
3. Setup & Implementation
Professional services, onboarding, configuration or implementation fees may be non-refundable once work has commenced, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Requesting a Refund
Send refund requests to hello@instantexperts.com with your organization name, invoice/order reference and reason for the request.
5. Processing
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where practical. Processing timelines may depend on the payment provider.
6. Changes
This policy may be updated from time to time. Your applicable order or service agreement will take precedence where it contains specific refund terms.
